1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and original packaging are intact
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
2. How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return (to help us improve!)
We will provide return instructions and shipping details.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
