1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer both domestic and international shipping.

Domestic (within Vietnam):

• Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  Free shipping on orders over 1,000,000 VND.

International Shipping:

• Delivery times vary by country, typically between 7–14 business days
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey in real-time.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. Forestus is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
